Linux "Segmentation Fault"

Hi All


My Linux kernel is 2.2.13 ,
   it can be logined on normally, system operation seems to be normal,
   but some commands like as "ps" and "ls" ...
   don't work, show "Segmentation Fault(core dumped)"
   vi is ok.

Who can give me a idea ?
