Did you upgrade this kernel yourself , or was this a default kernel
installation?
Many times with a download , the kernel file ( linux-2.2.13,tar.gz or .bz2 )
can get corrupt.Normally a good mirror site will give the MD5SUM with the
files to show the correct sequence for the downloaded file
Get the file again , check that it is not corrupt , and see if it works. My
suggestion is to download the 2.2.18 kernel , which is stable , compile it ,
and see if it works .
If you want help with the kernel compile , check the help on my site

Hi All
My Linux kernel is 2.2.13 ,
it can be logined on normally, system operation seems to be normal,
but some commands like as "ps" and "ls" ...
don't work, show "Segmentation Fault(core dumped)"
vi is ok.
Who can give me a idea ?
