Hello Ragu,

Out of curiousity, have you tried viewing these accounts with Netscape as
well as IE? I see that you've already attempted to address the possibility
that it could be a problem with HTTP 1.1 running through the FW. I've seen
this in the past when users were trying to retrieve their Outlook mail from
the Web interface. They could login just fine but the mailbox contents
would not display properly. The problem did not occur when the users used
Netscape instead of IE. It was concluded that there was some problem with
the HTTP 1.1 code even though those options were unchecked in IE's
configuration. However, this was never proven so it could still be
something else. Whatever the problem was, it wasn't a problem with
Netscape. HTH.
