Yes, you are. But, to make that a bit more realistic: If you don't lock
your front door and someone sneaks in and steals your gun, shortly
thereafter killing someone with it, that'll give him the chair and you
life in a 8x12 with only black and white TV.

That's the same folks who would not get a drivers license (unlike
they're in CA, that is), either. IF you pass the driving test it's
assumed that you're smart enough to figure out what damage a car can do.
Unfortunately this is not always the case in la belle Internet, all it
takes to become your own driver on the Information Superhighway is $2500
for a machine and $50 for Install-in-seconds-Linux. Add another $60 for
'configure your own server' and you're on your way to make billions as a
webhoster. Do you really want 'em to get away with that?
