I have recently been
using a SonicWall Pro as an additional firewall on our corporate network.
Yesterday at some time after 12:57pm, it simply locked up. The Power,
Test, and Alarm lights are all solid. I have tried resetting the device by
holding down the reset switch and powering it on, but nothing happens. I
cannot reset the device and install new firmware.
Does anyone out
there use this device? And if so are you familiar with this happening
often? Is there any way around this, without having to purchase a new
one?
If not, Then I am simply considering this a
2500.00 Door stop.
