Create VPN through a NAT device

We have following configuration:

a CheckPoint VPN-1 gateway connecting via a NAT device (Cisco PIX) to the Internet. 
Now we want to use SecuRemote to create a VPN channel between VPN-1 and client laptop. 
It failed. We tried both FWZ encryption schema and IKE schema. Both failed. 

Does anyone have experience with same configuration? Can this kind configuration work?
