Sure!
Telnet or SSH to the firewall (you may need to do some VLAN hopping or hack some routers to get there - but of course you knew that), guess the username and password (probably admin,admin) and add yourself to the GUI clients. Run up the GUI and add a rule to allow your IP address unlimited access, and turn off logging.
Alternatively, you should use your nearest unix box to run dnsiff and capture a username and password that works - an administrative one would be best, although someone you don't like would be funnier. Be careful, though, because logs will probably still connect your layer 2 information with your login once someone asks why Mr X is surfing pr0n all day. I would suggest that you break into the comms rack and do a patch switch on your local port and the port of your victim. If that's not feasible you'll probably have to splice the cat-5s from the two wall points in the ceiling duct.
As a last resort, gain access to the physical hardware (it's probably in a computer room somewhere), root the box by dropping it into single user, and make your changes at the console.
An easier option, of course, is to buy yourself a dialup connection and surf pr0n on your own damn time.
