questions.

Could someone tell me how do i block Napster on my Sonicwall PRO
Firewall?
2.
Also off late I have seen my Internet access speed has drastically reduced, and
the ISP I am connected to says no fault at his end, its only that someone on my
network is uploading a huge amount of data which is blocking my allocated
bandwidth. Well need assitance on how to track and get this one
rectified?
