Hi everyone, We're having a problem with one ip address. Our firewall will not connect to this ip address, although it connects to others just fine. We cannot ping the address (requests time out) but we can tracert. When we tracert from ANY computer, inside or outside the firewall, what we get is the following (see below). The hosts of this ip address are saying that the problem is our firewall. I disagree, since we are having NO problems with any other site. Have any of you seen this tracert behavior before?
