the traceroute is not going to be of any use to you in further diagnosing
this problem. it appears that the host is reachable.

well, it appears that the ICMP responses are being NATed back to the
firewall address. which is a perfectly reasonable thing to do to prevent
private address space leakage.

what service are you trying to connect to?

the website loads fine from here.
