This is not possible with Gauntlet (at least version 5.5) you should use
some external device to do traffic prioritizing.

You don't say what you mean by availability. There are products that you can
use to make Gauntlet redundant if this is necessary however as there is no
state synchronization feature in Gauntlet you will lose active connections
in the case of failure.
