Greetings! We are a group of researchers at the University of Massachusetts 
Boston and Arizona State University, and we are interested in improving the 
STEM experiences of graduate women from diverse racial/ethnic backgrounds.

We are currently seeking participants for a short 25-30 minute research study 
designed to understand the first- and second-year experiences of doctoral women 
in STEM.



This study has been approved by the University of Massachusetts Boston 
Institutional Review Board (IRB #2021174).


Participants who meet the following criteria are invited to take part in this 
research:

  *   Identifies as a PhD student in STEM (e.g., physical sciences, biology, 
mathematics, computer sciences, engineering, etc.)
  *   Identifies as a woman from diverse racial/ethnic backgrounds (i.e., 
Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Asian, white, and/or Bi/Multiracial)
  *   Currently enrolled in either the 1st or 2nd year of a STEM doctoral 
program
