yes, that makes sense. would be nice, thank you.
svn command syntax is essentially like cvs (since the interface is built
to be compatible to make transition for the user easier)

you are right, i didn't think about selective file completions,
it would still be fine however when the alternative completions are not
files. but if file completion is turned on as soon as no other valid
completions are found then using / or ./ to start an argument should
work anyways since there won't be any options starting with those.

i guess i'll just wait and see how this works out in practice.
