i havent made my self clear. fish_default_keybindings.fish works perfectly well.
i opened fish_default_keybindings.fish deleted a the line "bind \t complete",started fish and pressed TAB and no completion appeared (which makes sense because i deleted that binding) then opened fish_default_keybindings.fish putted "bind \t complete" back started fish again pressed TAB and a long list of completion apeared. conclusion: fish_default_keybindings script is executed and functioning. yet writing "function fish_default_keybindings" returns nothing (on fish shell) writing "fish_default_keybindings" or fish_default_keybindings.fish" returns unknown command even on the directory where the file is (/usr/local/share/fish/functions) which i made shore that is in fish_function_path Maor ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out the new SourceForge.net Marketplace.
