Using ArchLinux. Starting a non-login fish (in ~), doing 'cd foo/', starting another non-login fish and doing 'ls' shows content of ~/foo/ where 'pwd' and shell prompt shows ~. doing 'cd .' makes prompt and 'pwd' then show working dir.
correct behavior would be to show real working dir.
