as i said, i have the data, so all it takes is to get an instance of
moinmoin wiki up and we can put it in there. 

alternatively i have a wiki server too, but it is not moinmoin, and the
conversion will take a bit of work which i can't get to this week.

search google for websites pointing to fishshell.org, asking them to
update their links to fishshell.com and let google take care of the rest?

google mainly needs to index fishshell.com to let people find it, since
fishshell.org is now empty it will quickly drop out of the search
results. (there may be a way to notify google to force an update to
speed up this process)
