It defines the colors used by the autocompleter on the command line, so for
example if you type a command wrong it will appear red instead of blue (these
are the defaults, but can be customized).

color picker meant that it could be controlled via fish, but actually
just installing a Solarized color scheme for my terminal made
everything look Solarized.
So just what is the color picker for? i.e.
