[Chemical Process.]

I.
Look, oil and water don't mix.
Even salt water and fresh water
don't really mix, I found out. They separate,
and there is a blurry layer full of extremophiles.
But how about this, phosphene and phosphene!
Those will mix, or uranium 238 and
freaking MORE uranium 238!! Those
will totally mix too. I mean, you are way better off
trying to mix those than sand and milk, or
whole apples with machine parts.

II.
There was the other problem,
of collision. I wonder how many seconds
between impact and explosion
are possible between two hemispheres
of glow in the dark, radioactive,
freaking uranium 238?
Imagine if we could keep these days
without bursting, or destroying the world!
There's nothing I would like better.

III.
The process of boiling
is the process of loosing boundaries.
The ocean and the sky let go
of their warring tensions and each
absorbs the other. Atomically,
they are seperate, and distinct.
But they run through each other
as though they were free.

IV.
Let us boil together
these nervous radioactive cores.
Let us be slow and careful,
methodical and unafraid,
let us free them forever.
