Actually the Test request sent out by B contains a field "TestRequestID"(FIX 
Tag112), A is supposed to respond immediately to the TestRequest with a 
Heartbeat containing the same TestRequestID in the text field (FIX tag 58). The 
TestRequestID can be any string.
