Yes That's correct B sends/Request for the Test Message, then A need to send the TEST Message in normal Heartbeat message that it sending all you need to Add one more tag with the TestRequestID send by the B in last response. The TAG you need add is 112="TestRequestID" that you will get from the test request from B in last message.
