Actually the rest of the “Continuous Market Maker Quoting” section seems to support the text from page 209 (i.e. QuoteMsgID (single quote) or QuoteID (mass quote) should be in ClOrdID and QuoteID (single quote) or QuoteEntryID (mass quote) should be in SecondaryClOrdID). So perhaps it is the text from page 208 that needs to be revised. However, isn’t it more appropriate to report QuoteID (single quote) or QuoteEntryID (mass quote) in ClOrdID?
