Just to close this issue. The issue below is an inconsistency in the spec which 
will be corrected by changing page 208 for the next FIX version. FIXimate 
describes it correctly, i.e. ClOrdID contains the message identifier and 
SecondaryClOrdID the entity identifier.

Thanks to Lalin from Millenium IT for pointing this out (and reading Volume 7 
in the first place!). Plenty of stuff in there to help "standardize the 
standard".
