Assimilate Technology launches FUIL and FIXatdl for Visual FIX.

Colfax, WI - Sept 28, 2009 - Assimilate Technology Inc. announced today the
launch of their FIX User Interface Layout (FUIL) system for Visual FIX. The
FUIL system provides a visual design environment that allows Visual FIX users
to design and deploy custom user interfaces for algorithmic trading systems.
The FUIL system provides support for FIXatdl and can seamlessly import, export,
and render user interface layouts from FIXatdl definition files.

"By combining FIXatdl support with our FUIL technology, Visual FIX can
dramatically reduce the overhead involved in developing, deploying, and
maintaining user interfaces for algorithmic trading systems," said CEO Russ
Curry. "Sell side firms are constantly dealing with the challenge of managing
the deployment of algorithmic trading interfaces to both the buy side and their
own proprietary trading platforms. With the FUIL system, firms can now visually
develop interfaces for algorithmic trading parameters and then export those
interfaces to either pure FIXatdl, or to our redistributable .NET component
that can be integrated into an external trading system."

The FUIL system consists of an easy-to-use interface designer that is
integrated into Visual FIX, and a separate .NET component that can be
incorporated into desktop trading platforms to display both FUIL and FIXatdl
layouts. Because of the cross-platform nature of both FIXatdl and the FUIL
presentation language, the output from the Visual FIX system's FUIL designer
can be integrated into both .NET and Java-based trading platforms.

Firms that are interested in learning more about Visual FIX, and the FUIL
system, can visit Assimilate Technology's website at http://www.assimilate.com
