Out of curiosity, why are you limiting the choice to those two? There are many 
engines out there that can potentially fulfil your needs:

* Appia
* Cameron
* Rapid Addition (he says, declaring an interest)
* FIX Flyer
* B2BITS
etc etc etc

Plus the various open source offerings. I am assuming you are looking for 
something to run on Linux?
