Hello,

Before I start populating the wiki with example messages, how (and where) would
you suggest I add them?

For example, on http://fixwiki.fixprotocol.org/index.php/NewOrderSingle I could
add a section called 'Examples per Exchange' (or some catchy title!) and add a
35=D example which we (Baxter) expect, and hope that other exchanges add their
format too?

Do you have any ideas on this one?

Cheers,
Christiaan
