This message is from: "Karen McCarthy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> ...Speaking of fly repellants that work, I just finished re-ordering Naturevet Natural fly repellant. I tried it for the 1st time about a month ago, it it really seems to do the job. I saw it mentioned positively in a review of fly spray's in the Horse Journal magazine. It is a blend of citronella, rosemary and cedar oils (I think I got that right...) Anyway, I found a great deal on it at: http://www.countrysidepet.com/level.itml/icOid/1797 Previously I had bought it at Petsmart, and was paying 24.95 per 32 oz concentrate (makes about 5 ea. 32 oz. bottles of diluted spray) This stuff was under $13.00 per bottle + s&h, but still very reasonable.
Naturevet also makes a good joint supplement, Arthrosoothe. Good stuff for joint maintenance for the couple of ones that need it, and the horses will actually not turn up their noses at it when I add it in to the TDI. Smell is not bad. Jean PS I get it from my Vet. Author 'The Colonel's Daughter" Occupied Germany 1946 to 1949 Send: $20 to Three Horse's Press 7403 Blaine Rd Aberdeen, WA 98520
