I hesitate to answer your question with another question, but is any
software available for burning DVD-Audio discs? Users could burn 24-
bit files directly to a 24-bit format supported by audiophile players,
if this were the case. Alas, I believe the only existing tools have
steep licensing fees, and are not geared towards easy use by novices.
I've always found the following page a useful starting point:

Ulead's Burn.Now is pretty decent (only played with it briefly,
though), and it's $40 or thereabouts.
