If you're working with others - _particularly_ if you're growing a business - it's a good idea to agree with each other what you're doing, then throw a quick naming conventions/house style document together so that you can point any newcomers at it. Saves you remembering it all/explaining it all/renegotiating it all each time you add a member of staff...
