I remember this being a problem way back in the day but I thought it was fixed in a player revision.
I was demoing a Video player to a manager yesterday and when he clicked the back browser button the audio from the FLV stream was still being heard. Only after he clicked anywhere else on the page did it finally cease. He was using IE 6.0 on WinXP Pro SP2.
