Ruby has been around for over 10 years so it is hard to call it the
"language of the week". Moreover, cake like rails is a framework, which
provides a high level API for doing repetitive mind numbing tasks therefore
the framework is only going to be as good as the developers making it. From
what I've seen on this list Rails has some of the best bar none.
