by example, if you have CLIP A , and CLIP B contained within CLIP A.

CLIP A simply have a on(rollOver)
CLIP B have a on(Press)

By default, CLIP B will never receive the onPress event.

In Flash all events are captured. You can try to forward the event to the member manually using hitTest.
