I'm mostly doing mobile, but had a question regarding flash video.
sorry for the noobie-ness, but :
input: mobile phone video (which is mostly 3gpp/MPEG i believe)
output: flash video for PC viewing
questions:
are there any linux tools that can use a PHP interface to batch
convert incoming files to flash video?
what is needed to serve flash video? is apache OK? are there options
for http streaming vs full flash video, or do we need to license some
product from macromedia for serving flash?
