Sorry about the delay on this. My digest was delayed. I have been developing
SCORM packages for TotalLMS for the last 4 years. I don't use 2004 - TotalLMS
support can be flaky for 2004. Unless you want to devote the time to working
out the kinks.
I have used pipwerks api to make the calls to and from the LMS.
I use Reload to package once the files are ready. It has drag and drop
interface and will develop the initial manifest and then easy to make
modifications to metadata etc if you wish.
I also ran into other issues in terms of package size with TotalLMS even though
they said they could support 50 mb they could not. Lots of work arounds with
TotalLMS.
