Not totally sure what you mean by that... My understanding is that everything in AS 3/Flash 8.5 is a class and that symbols are no more. Like I said, I don't do much in the flash authoring tool, so I could be way off there. 2. Ability to export so you can import into another FlexBuilder installation I don't think this will be a problem.
