Not to bust your bubble or your suggestion, but that one is free only if you use it for non-commercial purposes, likely eliminating 95% of this list. Or at least, the honest ones. To purchase the Pro version, it's $130. For that much, you might as well spend a little more and get a full version of XML Spy.
