yes, it's well (at least should be) known to workaround that behav.

Rather raising the question: what the hell is the point of the behaviour in the first place? If anyone that wants to can work around it, it's no security at all. AIUI it's purely a patent thing, nothing to do with security at all, but perhaps I'm wrong.
