Yes, I already tried those things you mentioned. Just to recap what i've done. Created another webpage using dreamweaver and added the flash movie. - No joy there. Checked object tags in webpage. - there is nothing wrong there. All other flash movies work. they are published as flash 6. Tried IE and firefox browsers. - no joy there Data services. The movie uses flashcomm, but if there is a problem with this, I have written error codes to tell me the problem (no connection to server etc) Preloader I use a preloader, so preloader should start before any other problems with data services are considered.
