I'm building a fairly demanding site that has a fair bit of animation and rather than aiming for an average performance level of animation for my users, I'd like to turn off/on some features of the site depending on rendering capabilities of the users computer.
Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to achieve this? Off the top of my head I guess finding out the highest FPS the current viewer can achieve and flagging them as "high" or "low" performance depending on the results. Any other suggestions? _______________________________________________ Flashcoders@chattyfig.figleaf.com To change your subscription options or search the archive: http://chattyfig.figleaf.com/mailman/listinfo/flashcoders Brought to you by Fig Leaf Software Premier Authorized Adobe Consulting and Training http://www.figleaf.com http://training.figleaf.com
