Thanks for the info. I'm getting the same from what I'm finding on the
web. This has helped a lot, and I can a least right up a report for my
boss on the hurdles we would have to jump to build the application.
Massive data bills sounds terrible, but I'm curious just how massive.
Cingular's data transfer rate in my area is $0.0080/KB after 5MB. How
many bytes do you think a MP3 file transcoded to 3gp would be?

but really rtsp isn't that valid an option unless you are working with
an operator, if you arent working with an operator in some form then
users will have connection issues with rtsp and they will get massive
data bills too!
