I've had similar problems when I use the filter FX (blur, drop shadow etc.) I get a 1 px shift up and across - the way I got around it (but it wasn't 100% sucessful) was to enable bitmapcaching on everything. This meant everything was shifted on startup. Not a great fix but it may lead to a better one.
