I don't want to give you a false sense of hope here but copy and paste is
working here for me with:
1 - flash7 AS2.0 MC with simple multiline=false TextFields with
input="input"
2 - winXP with FF 1.5.0.4

The CTRL-X/C/V all work with one "press" for my TextFields.
The CTRL-INST works but SHIFT-INST doesn't work.
