IE,

start a new flasc project

add a class path first

then, if you have a main class that's your starting point for the
application, add that to the project.

Compile

Read the errors about what's missing and add them one at a time.

Compile...repeat

If you are using a precompiled SWF, make sure you DON'T check the set header
option, and you might look at using the -keep tag.
