My crossdomain.xml file is structured like the following:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!-- Castrol Speed Challenge Cross-Domain Policies -->
<cross-domain-policy>
   <allow-access-from domain="webservices.otersite.com" />
   <allow-access-from domain="secure.othersite.com" />
   <allow-access-from domain="board.anothersite.com" />
   <allow-access-from domain="*.anothersite.com" />
</cross-domain-policy>

I am hoping that I do not have to register with a third party for
certification, but
this shouldn't be the case. Or rather I've never had to do this before.

Thanks,
liam m-
