I have been on this list for years and have seen all the job postings and have posted some myself. I am looking to hire 5 Flex 2.0 and 3 flash developers. I have tried posting on dice and monster and have yet to get resumes that come close to the qualifications that I need. So I have to ask where are people finding flash and flex guru's?
