Yeah, alot of people seem to be confused about onLoadComplete and onLoadInit. If it was up to me, I'd just dump onLoadComplete :-)
If you listen for both events, you'll notice onLoadComplete is triggered before onLoadInit. In short, forget about onLoadComplete and always use onLoadInit.
