Hey Eric, I've done alot of work with FlashPaper (with my FlashPaper component, etc) and as far as I know, its not possible to change the theme colors. The colors don't seem to be created dynamically to set, but instead are part of the individual pieces of the FlashPaper object in the library when decompiled. If someone else knows a workaround, I'd love to know it as well. But FlashPaper has been out for a while, and I've never seen another color besides that green in anyone's examples.
