Daniel, The September numbers were released Nov 6. Extrapolating out, then the December numbers likely will be released the first week of February.
I base this on posts by Emmy Huang, the Flash Player product manager. If I see it I will post back. If anyone else can provide the link, please do. (It is a line chart where the y-axis is months from release and x-axis is % penetration.
