Can it be crossdomain.xml problem? Try to use some traffic monitoring software to see what is your flash loading.

The video is fine, in fact, they even put up a "test" flv file for me, and I can't even get that one to display correctly. The urls are perfect. Just no flash. I've tested in Safari, IE and Firefox on a Mac, IE and Firefox on Windows, and just...nothing. I'm about to pull my hair out.
