Jim, Best way is probably using Adobe Illustrator CS2's new Live Trace feature, combined with CS2's automated processing. You also might be able to use a free tool like this: http://www.sharewareplaza.com/Raster-To-Vector-Converter-download_16710. html And setup a batch command with a .bat file to process multiple files if the software doesn't do it already.
