Yes, I did. I ran the profiler in debug mode. That's when I saw the spike on the first frame and started digging around. The ironic thing is that the piece has very little graphics. It's very code-intensive. It calculates what you need to save for retirement, and uses some heavy-duty actuarial math, but few graphics. So, the piece is very light, and the load bar is superfluous on broadband. Even on a 28.8 modem, it only takes a couple of seconds to load.
